By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS messages, you consent to these Terms and Conditions. The following terms explain how we manage SMS communication and your rights related to receiving text messages.

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages from Attai Home Care, you authorize us to send SMS messages to the phone number you provided. This consent applies to communications related to:
- Visit/appointment reminders and confirmations
- Scheduling and service updates
- Care coordination
- Responses to general inquiries
- Special promotions or limited-time offers
- Other important notifications
No mobile opt-in, SMS consent, or phone numbers will be shared or sold to any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes. SMS is used strictly for communication related to services or direct inquiries.

How to Opt In (Opt-In Language)
When you provide your phone number, you may see a statement such as:
“By checking this box, you consent to receive SMS messages from Attai Home Care related to your care and services. These may include visit reminders, scheduling updates, care coordination, responses to general inquiries, and other important notifications. Message frequency will vary based on your care needs or inquiry type. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You may also verbally confirm your consent with our staff or sign up through an online or paper form.

Types of SMS You May Receive
If you have consented to receive text messages, you may receive messages related to the following:
- Appointment Reminder: “Reminder: Your appointment with Attai Home Care is scheduled for [date/time]. Reply YES to confirm or call 704-266-4486 to reschedule.”
- Service Update: “Your service request #[12345] has been completed. Thank you for choosing Attai Home Care.”
- Promotion: “Exclusive offer: Save 20% this week at Attai Home Care! Show this text to redeem.”
- General Communication: “Thank you for contacting Attai Home Care. A representative will reach out shortly.”

Message Frequency and Fees
- The number of messages you receive will depend on your interactions with us and may vary from 1–4 messages per week (or more during active services, promotions, or appointment periods).
- Standard text messaging and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Attai Home Care is not responsible for any charges billed to you by your mobile provider.

How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time:
- Replying STOP to any message (this will unsubscribe you from all future messages).
- Contact us directly at 407-237-9742 and request removal from our SMS list
- Decline or leave the SMS consent box unchecked on any forms
After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.
